On December 25, 2023, the Intellectual Property Office issued the Nice Classification 12 – 2024. The Nice Classification 2024 will take effect from January 01, 2024.
Annually, the Intellectual Property Office of Vietnam will announce the Nice Classification applicable for each year. The full text of the Nice Classification 2024 is provided below.
